These terms explain the rules for using Double Entry AI, a voice-first invoicing and business operations platform.
1. Using the service
You may use Double Entry AI only for lawful business and personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your workspace and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Your business data
You retain responsibility for your invoices, customer records, tax information, payment details and other content you enter. Double Entry AI provides software tools; it does not become the merchant of record for your customer transactions.
3. AI-generated results
AI and voice features are designed to save time, but generated or transcribed information can contain errors. You must review invoice parties, quantities, prices, taxes, totals, dates and payment details before sending or relying on a document.
4. GST and tax compliance
Double Entry AI provides tools intended to support invoicing and record keeping. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. You should consult your qualified tax or accounting professional for decisions specific to your business.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, where offered, are billed according to the plan and billing interval shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider. Subscription access may be limited or suspended for failed, reversed or disputed payments.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to impersonate another person, send fraudulent invoices, misuse payment information, violate privacy rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual property
The Double Entry AI service, branding, interface, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to us. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service while your account is active.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events, third-party dependencies and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access.
9. Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risks or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
